Yes! We specialize in custom-tailored show shirts and show jackets, as well as bespoke saddles built to your measurements and design specifications. Contact our support team on WhatsApp or via the contact form to discuss custom measurements and crystal work.
Standard in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, taking 3-5 business days for domestic delivery and 7-12 business days for international destinations. Custom-manufactured items take 3-6 weeks to build and ship.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact support via email or WhatsApp within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed or manufacturing has begun on custom products, changes may not be possible.
We accept returns and exchanges on standard size, unused, unworn items with tags within 14 days of delivery. Please review the criteria on our Returns & Exchange Policy page. Custom orders, bespoke saddles, and sale items are non-refundable.
Once shipped, a tracking number is sent to your email. You can also trace the shipping progress live using our Order Tracking Tool with your Order Number and billing email address.
We accept major Credit & Debit cards, Paypal for international orders, Razorpay/Stripe securely, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for qualified domestic regions. Payment options are shown clearly at checkout.
